Canceled Orders

Due to the high volume in orders we are not canceling any orders at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Returns

All Sales are Final. No Refunds or Returns due to sanitation purposes.

Processing time

Please Allow 2-5 Business days to process your order (depending on the size of your order). Everything is handmade and from scratch to ensure our customers get the best quality products that are fresh with a long shelf life.

Shipping

Orders Shipped Monday - Friday. 

Shipping Options include 1-3 Business days and 2-6 Business Days. If you have not received your package please refer to your Local Post Office.

Neptune Moon Cosmetics is Not Responsible for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages.

Please review all ingredients before purchasing products due to potential allergies. Discountinue any product use if irritation occurs, Neptune Moon Cosmetics is not responsible for allergic reactions.

Disputed Charges

All processed and delivered orders with disputed charges will be reported to the customers bank and filed as FRAUD. By disputing a charge for a product you receive, you will be banned from any future purchases with Neptune Moon Cosmetics.
